Fristads has been manufacturing workwear since 1925 and is now Europe’s leading workwear brand, with 1,500 dedicated employees across 20 countries and annual sales of €410 million.
Challenge
To reach all customers, Fristads needed a flexible solution—a platform ideally suited to the diverse needs of its customer base.
The solution would need to present each customer with a specific range of workwear tailored specifically for them.
Our Solution
Fristads’ e-commerce solution, based on the Bizzkit platform, was launched in 2012 and has since been scaled and customised to support the company’s growth and evolving needs.
This uniquely designed solution enables Fristads to offer a general webshop along with separate, customised shops for over 400 different customers.
Results
The user-friendly setup and unique features across the various webshops have streamlined workflows for both Fristads and its customers. The platform has become so valuable to customers that it now serves as a competitive advantage, helping Fristads attract many new clients over the years.
Today, they manage over 400 webshops on a single platform, serving 400,000 users and admins and handling 70,000 products in their PIM system.
